About the project

Banjar Digital is a digital marketing and web agency based in Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah. It serves SMEs, schools, government agencies and local brands in Banjarmasin, Banjarbaru and Hulu Sungai Tengah, with services from social media management and video production to websites.

An agency's own website is its first sales pitch. It has to sell on its own: explain what the agency does, show clear package prices, and back it up with real work, so a business owner can decide without a long back-and-forth. Besides the company site, I also maintain websites for Banjar Digital's clients as part of its team, including Sekolah Robbani.

The challenge

Many of the agency's prospects are small business owners who are not sure what they need or what it costs. A list of services is not enough for them. They want answers to practical questions: How much is it? How long does it take? What do I get? Can I update it myself? The site had to answer these questions before the first chat, while keeping that first chat as easy to start as possible.

What I did

Services

  • Built the homepage, the About page and four service pages: Social Media Management, Website Solution, Web & Server Management, and Media Network & Video Production
  • On the Website Solution page, explained the types of websites the agency builds (company profiles, online stores, news portals, school sites and custom systems) and the features each one includes

Pricing and process

  • Built package pricing for website building and social media management, with tiered packages so visitors can compare what is included at each level
  • Added a step-by-step project roadmap to each service, so clients know what happens after they sign up
  • Added an FAQ that answers the usual questions up front: timeline, hosting and domain, revisions, admin training, and who owns the website

Proof of work

  • Built a portfolio page with a category filter for each service, such as website building, social media, branding, SEO and video
  • Built case study pages that tell each project as challenge, solution, results and conclusion, with a photo gallery
  • Added client testimonials to the homepage

Contact

  • Built the Contact page and placed WhatsApp buttons throughout the site, from "Let's Talk" in the header to a floating button on every page, so a visitor can start a conversation from anywhere

Result

The agency now has a website that sells on its own. A prospect can explore the services, compare packages, read real case studies and find answers in the FAQ before the first conversation. The goal is that by the time they message on WhatsApp, they already have a clear picture of what they need.
